Karen Brenchley has had science fiction, steampunk, and fantasy stories appear in various anthologies both alone and with her husband, Chaz Brenchley. She is a defunct aikido black belt, and has a clubhouse full of books and Star Trek memorabilia. She lives in Sunnyvale with her husband, two scrabbling cats, and two polite turtles.
